While we want you to enjoy yourselves on vacation, we do NOT condone parties or events within our townhome. Our HOA also has rules that we ask you to abide by to avoid a fine: -No smoking of any kind on the property -Quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am -No golf carts, mopeds, RVs, motorcycles, or bikes are allowed in parking lot -Guests must be 25 years or older to rent (with the exception of children and their accompanying guardian) -No pets (with the exception of ADA registered service animals). Dogs are also not allowed on local beaches without permit. -Please treat our house like you would your own :) We do not ask for an upfront security deposit, but we do ask that you sign our rental agreement prior to your stay. This will be sent to you via messaging after booking.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and several coffee K cups. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion.
